Lot #13, which featured our Beaumont G floor plan, was placed under contract earlier this afternoon. With this lot under contract now means there are no more opportunities in Taimen on the River.
If you loved the floor plan on Taimen on the River 13, but did not like the Roswell location, we have great news for you! The same floor plan is currently available in our Milton community, Cogburn Estates, that is move-in ready!
