For years, Archway Custom Homes has built new homes across North Atlanta with one goal in mind: craftsmanship that lasts. Today we’re excited to share that we’re bringing that same standard to something new. We’re officially offering home renovations.
Why We’re Doing This
We hear it all the time from homeowners in our communities. They love their neighborhood, their lot, their school district. They just want their home to work better for how they actually live now. Instead of sending those homeowners somewhere else, we wanted to give them the option to renovate with a team that already knows what quality construction looks like from the ground up.
That’s really the difference between a typical renovation contractor and a homebuilder who also renovates. Our crews, our trade partners and our quality standards were built for full custom homes, and now that same level of expertise is available for the home you already own.
What We’re Offering at Launch
Right now, our renovation services fall into two main categories:
- Exterior renovations: pool houses and pools, screened-in porches, outdoor kitchen spaces and more
- Interior renovations: bathroom renovations, basement finish-outs and custom interior projects
We’re also taking on whole-home renovations for homeowners who are ready to update every room as one coordinated project.
Who This Is For
Maybe you’ve been eyeing a basement finish-out for a home office or a guest suite. Maybe you’re dreaming about a pool house in the backyard. Or maybe it’s time for a full top-to-bottom refresh. Whatever the project, this is exactly what we built this offering for.
Let’s Talk
We’re taking on renovation projects across North Atlanta starting now. If you’d like to talk through what’s possible for your home, reach out to our team. We’d love to hear what you’re picturing.
