Drive northbound on GA-400 towards Cumming and take Exit 12B, McFarland Parkway westbound. Drive on McFarland Parkway for 1.3 miles before turning right onto Union Hill Road. Stay on Union Hill Road for 0.3 miles, which turns to Mullinax Road, continue straight 2 miles. At the insersection of GA-9, make a left and drive for 1/2 mile. Turn right onto Campground Road and stay on for 4.6 miles; Campground Road will turn into Midway Road and then Hopewell Road. Make a right on Drew Road and drive for 0.6 miles before making a left on Howard Road. Howard Estates will be on the right after .7 miles.

Drive northbound on GA-20 towards downtown Cumming, crossing over GA-400, for 1.7 miles. In downtown Cumming, at the traffic light, make a left onto GA-20 which will turn into Kelley Mill Road after .2 miles. Continue straight on Kelly Mill Road for 5.1 miles, which will turn into Drew Road. Stay on Drew Road for 2.4 miles, cross over Cobb Creek, and make a right onto Howard Road.
