March has been a busy month for Archway Custom Homes with new projects breaking ground in several locations to existing communities selling the last remaining models to become complete. Belvoir Manor is Officially Closed Out!
Belvoir Manor, our 11-home enclave community minutes away from downtown Alpharetta and Wills Park, is officially closed out with the sale and closing of our last home in mid-March. With this closing, we move our Alpharetta focus onto our newest community located in town, Charlotte Walk, which will be opening for presale opportunities in the coming weeks. Located minutes away from downtown Alpharetta and Crabapple areas, the location of Charlotte Walk is secluded off of Charlotte Drive, behind the existing community of The Oaks at Charlotte Drive. First Closing at Killian Manor!
Just this past week, the first home inside Killian Manor closed! This is just one of the signs that the Spring selling season is revving up. Since the middle of February, there have been three lots placed under contract with the model home to be ready for delivery by April 30th. The model home is a Winchester M and is located on lot 3 for the price of $575,570.
